Yin Yoga
A slow, calming and nourishing practice focused on stillness and deep release.
Postures are held for longer to allow time for the connective tissues to relax and release, creating space in the joints, and allowing the tension to release.
The focus is on relaxation , softening and allowing the body to let go.
A wonderful way to unwind and counterbalance busy lives.
Monday at 6pm and Wednesday at 9.15am.

Strength & Mobility Flow
A supportive, flowing yoga class designed to help keep the body strong, mobile and moving well.
The class focuses on gentle strength, balance and controlled movement with simple flowing sequences, which give time to adapt and move at a comfortable pace. Options are always given.
Suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga, and anyone wanting to stay strong and mobile as they get older.
Tuessday at 9.15am
Slow Flow & Stretch
A class that is a slower pace, allowing time to focus on movement, stretching and easing tension.
The pace is calm and unhurried, with time to ettle into each posture and move with the breath. The emphasis is on flexibility, release and creating a sense of space in the body.
Ideal if you prefer a slower pace and want to unwind and release tension and tightness in the body, and allow the mind to calm.
Friday at 9.15am

Why do Yoga ?
For a lot of people, when they think about Yoga they think of super bendy people, chanting, touching their head with their toes, whilst balancing on their arms!
The reality is Yoga is what you make it. It is time for you. It is about learning to listen to your body to allow it to stretch and move in a way that feels good for it.
My classes are very much open to everyone; to those who are new to Yoga and those who have been practising a while. The most important thing is not whether you can touch your toes, it is about turning up on your mat.
“I’ve been going to Ann’s yoga classes for over 5 years, both face to face and online. She is an experienced Ashtanga yoga teacher and combines her knowledge of yoga, nutrition and physiology to offer a holistic approach. Her classes are incredibly supportive but also good fun. She offers choices for poses making the classes suitable from beginner to advanced.."

"Ann's lessons are great! She welcomes everyone and she is great at adjusting the lessons to the needs of who's there. It's an open atmosphere where everyone is accepted whether you're a super yogi or a beginner. Ann is great at helping people gain confidence in their body and their practice. Very recommended.."

“.Ann is an inspiring and approachable yoga teacher. She has been guiding me through my practice both in the studio and on line since I started her class not knowing anything about yoga 10 years ago. Her classes are are made up of people of different ages and experience but every one is made to feel welcome ,special and comfortable regardless of whether they are coming for the odd session or signing up for a plan . Thank you Ann”
