What happens when I join ?

Click join now will take you to the payment page, and then you will receive your Initial Questionnaire, so I can get a complete picture of you, your goals, any barriers that may be there, and gain understaning into why you want to make some changes.

From the questionnaire I will put together your program which is then delivered to you through the Fit2loveLife App.

How will I know what exercises to do and if I am doing them correctly ? ​

Within your proogram every exercise will have a written explanation and a video to show you how to do each exerecise. If you have any doubts then you can video yourself and send it to me so that we can check your technqiue is correct. ​

What equipment do I need ? ​

Your program will be designed around the equipment you have whether that is at home or in a gym. If you need to get additional equipment for home, the programs will be designed around the equipment you have so you do not need to buy lots ​

How Flexible are the programs, I am often away for work. ​

Each week we will check in to see how you are doing, and if you are ot going to be in your usual exercise place then we can create a program that can be done in your hotel gym or room, or wherever you might be . ​

What happens if I have questions ?​
