In this workshop we talk about what Menopause means, when it occurs, all the possible symptoms to understand how it affects us.  Health and lifestyle changes we can make to help us during this time. 

Followed by a Yoga flow designed to help ease anxiety, to relax us and to allow our aching joints and muscles the opportunity to stretch and release.
