Food is the fuel for our body. It is what provides us with energy, it nourishes us, helps to repair damage we do to our body. What we put into our body has a direct effect on how we feel.
I often say to clients to imagine their body is a formula one car. In order for that to run smoothly it is fed the purest fuel, as anything that is not pure will cause to cough and splutter and not perform as it should. That is the same with our bodies, if we eat healthy, nutritious unprocessed foods then our bodies will be able to perform better, and we will feel better.
How to eat2lovelife
Filling your plate with lots of colourful fruit & vegetables.
Eating foods that are full of goodness, and limiting those foods that are over processed and with a low nutritional content.
Creating a way to eat that you enjoy, so you do not feel that you are "on a diet" so it becomes the way you eat for life.
Avoiding quick fixes and the latest fads. These may work in the very short term, but long term deliver disappointment.
